Research of Digital Consumer Finance Apps in India

1. Go through the full user journey for 4 selected services in India (to be shared privately) 2. Explore the application flow end-to-end: - registration - onboarding / identity verification steps - application process - reaching the final review / offer stage 3. Document the process: provide full screencasts of the entire flow (web/mobile), including the final stages of the user journey (with all personal and sensitive data blurred/redacted) describe each step, UX patterns, and any notable product mechanics ⚠️ All personal data must be masked/blurred. Do not include any real financial credentials. 4. Collect and structure key product terms (based on what is visible in the app/interface and agreements provided): - pricing structure - fees and commissions - any additional charges - terms related to delays or penalties (if disclosed) 5. Important: - This task is for research purposes only - Do not confirm or finalize any financial agreement - The goal is to reach the stage where full terms or conditions are presented to the user prior to confirmation Deliverables: structured report (Google Doc / PDF) full screencasts any agreements or terms available within the application flow Preferred experience: UX research / product analysis fintech or digital services familiarity experience documenting mobile app flows ⚠️ Please note that payment is provided only for successfully completed customer flows that honestly reach the final step of the application process (the account details / payout information screen). If the application is declined at any stage, or if the flow is not completed up to the final screen, such a flow will not be considered valid and will not qualify for payment. The objective of this task is to fully complete the customer journey up to the final payout step, without submitting the final request.
