***HAVE YOU CANCELLED A RECURRING/SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE IN THE PAST 60 DAYS?*** We are looking for research participants who have cancelled a recurring/subscription service in the past 60 days. This can be professional or personal. Examples include: * Subscription box e.g. Ipsy, BarkBox * Museum, zoo membership * Meal kit, wine club * Professional association * Charity donation * Gym/studio membership * Software subscription * Self-storage ...basically any kind of subscription/recurring payment - professional or personal - which you have cancelled in the past 60 days. **Must-have** participant requirements: 1. Cancelled a subscription/recurring service - personal or professional - within the past 60 days 2. Based in the US, Canada, Australia, or UK 3. Have access to a computer with a stable internet connection The session, which will take the form of an AI-guided discussion to be completed in your own time, will take no longer than 20 minutes for which we are paying a fixed rate of $35. In your response please state what you cancelled (brand/service), when, and a brief description of why you cancelled.
