UX Research Participant Needed, First-Time Fintech App Experience Study-France/Germany/Italy/Romania

This is a legitimate UX research study. Participants are compensated for their time and feedback, not for completing any specific outcome. Job Description: We are conducting a paid UX research study for a digital asset and fintech platform. We're looking for France-based participants to experience our app as a first-time user and share honest feedback to help us improve the onboarding journey. What You'll Do: Access our platform via the provided link Go through the complete onboarding journey as a first-time user, including identity verification and exploring account funding options Record your screen and verbalize your thoughts throughout the process (think-aloud method) Submit a short written reflection on your experience Who We're Looking For: Current resident of France/Germany/Italy/Romania. Has not previously used this platform (eligibility will be confirmed before contract start) Comfortable with standard identity verification steps (government-issued ID required) Able to screen-record using Loom, OBS, or similar tools English or French written feedback is accepted Deliverables: ✅ Full screen recording with think-aloud commentary ✅ Written feedback (3–5 sentences): what felt intuitive, what was confusing, any suggestions Compensation: $20 research participation fee, released upon receipt of recording and feedback Slots: Limited spots available — applications reviewed on a rolling basis Screening question: Have you used this platform before?
