UX Research Project Italy : UX Audit & Mystery shopper

ASAP Local UX Researcher / Mystery Shopper (Italy) – ASAP Summary We are Interactius, a strategic design and research firm. We are currently looking for a Local UX Researcher based in Italy to join an international project for a top global fashion retailer. The Challenge We are auditing the unboxing process and delivery across 7 international markets to replace assumptions with real evidence. We need a local researcher in Italy to act as a Mystery Shopper, executing a strict evaluation protocol. Project Details Role: Local UX Researcher / Mystery Shopper Timeline: Starting ASAP, lasting 4 months. Dedication: Max. 5 hours per week (highly flexible). Compensation: €500 / month. Note: All purchasing costs for the orders will be fully covered/reimbursed by the project. What you will do • Participate in a mandatory 2-hour calibration session before kickoff to align evaluation criteria. • Perform and evaluate 10 online orders per month. • Track and document logistics and the unboxing process (and evaluate product condition using a standard canvas in FigJam). Requirements • Proven experience in User Research, Service Design, or Quality Audit. • Current residence and delivery address in Italy. • An active customer account on the local web/app. • Fluency in English (project management language).
