Workel (workel.com) is an all-in-one workspace platform — projects, tasks, chat, docs, calendar, and video in a single app. We compete with tools like Asana, Slack, Notion, and ClickUp, and we're growing our organic presence. We're hiring an outreach specialist to build backlinks, land guest posts, and open partnership conversations. What you'll do: Get Workel listed on SaaS directories, "best project management tools" listicles, and alternative/comparison pages (e.g., "Asana alternatives," "Notion vs X" roundups) Find and pitch guest post opportunities on productivity, SaaS, remote work, and startup blogs Run backlink outreach: prospect relevant sites, find contact info, send personalized pitches, follow up, and negotiate placements Reach out to bloggers, YouTubers, and newsletter writers for reviews and partnerships (including our lifetime deal offer) Identify integration/co-marketing partnership opportunities with complementary SaaS tools Track everything in a shared sheet: prospects, status, links acquired, DR of linking sites Report weekly on outreach sent, replies, and links landed Requirements: Proven link-building experience for SaaS or B2B (share examples of links you've landed) Excellent written English — your pitches represent our brand Experience with outreach/prospecting tools (Ahrefs/Semrush, Hunter.io, BuzzStream, or similar) Self-directed: you find opportunities, not just execute lists Marketing Strategy: 1.Blogs, Partnerships & Backlinks 2.
