Overview This role focuses on turning unstructured information into structured, reusable systems. The core output is not task completion—it is organized decision-ready frameworks, including research summaries, SOPs, and structured datasets. A significant portion of the work involves real estate-related data organization and tracking, alongside general operational research and process documentation. --- Core Responsibilities 1. Research → structured outputs: Conduct structured research across assigned topics (business, vendors, services, or property-related items) Convert findings into: - Comparison tables - Summaries with conclusions - Clear recommendations (not raw notes) 2. Process documentation (SOPs / systems) - Convert informal workflows into clear SOPs - Build reusable checklists and templates - Identify missing steps, inconsistencies, or inefficiencies in existing processes - Improve clarity and reusability of systems over time 3. Real estate data organization & tracking This is a key component of the role. You may be given: - Lists of properties - Property-related research tasks - Vendor or maintenance comparisons - Structured tracking requirements You will: - Build and maintain structured property tracking sheets - Normalize inconsistent property data into usable formats - Consolidate scattered property information into a single structured system Expected output standard You do not return raw information. You return: - Structured datasets - Decision-ready summaries - Clean tracking systems - Reusable documentation You are expected to: - Identify gaps in input data - Flag inconsistencies - Structure information for repeated use - Reduce future manual work --- Ideal Candidate: * Detail-oriented and independent * Strong at organizing and simplifying information * Naturally thinks in systems and improvements * Communicates clearly and asks good clarifying questions --- Workflow: * Asynchronous work * Assignments typically provided Mondays * Deliverables due Fridays at 12:00 PM Eastern * Questions welcomed and answered regularly during the week --- Paid Trial Period (~5 hours) to complete: * A research task * A documentation task (SOP or structured guide) Used to evaluate clarity of thinking, structure, and output quality. --- Compensation: $3–6/hour depending on fit and performance.
