UX Research Tester – Regulated Financial Trading Platform

We are conducting a structured usability research study for a regulated online trading platform. The platform is built for users with established personal finance experience — people who actively manage investments, savings accounts, pension contributions, or similar financial products. To produce valid and meaningful research data, testers must genuinely reflect that user profile. We are recruiting in specific target markets only. Applicants must be physically located in their country of residence during the testing period. What You'll Be Doing - Navigating the assigned trading platform as a genuine first-time user following a structured test protocol - Completing onboarding and exploration tasks on a desktop computer, laptop, or tablet - Documenting your experience in detail using our structured UX feedback template - Identifying and reporting usability issues, broken flows, confusing design elements, or unclear steps - Submitting a comprehensive written report and/or screen-recorded session per assignment Ideal Candidate - Currently living and working in one of our target markets (Europe, UK, Canada, or Australia) -Comfortable navigating a full new-user registration flow on a live, regulated financial platform — this is the onboarding experience being evaluated - Has reliable access to a desktop computer, laptop, or tablet - Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
