We are seeking an experienced research and professional-outreach consultant to support an EB-2 National Interest Waiver petition in the field of Education and Workforce Development. The petitioner’s proposed endeavor focuses on conducting applied research and developing practical programs that help women transition from education or prior experience into sustainable employment, entrepreneurship, and leadership. Scope of Work The consultant will: Research qualified U.S.-based academics, researchers, policy specialists, or senior industry professionals whose expertise aligns with: Women’s workforce participation Education-to-employment pathways Workforce reentry Women’s entrepreneurship Labor-market barriers Immigrant and underserved women Workforce-development program evaluation Prepare a shortlist containing each prospective expert’s: Name and current position Institutional affiliation Official professional profile Relevant publications or projects Publicly available professional contact information Explanation of why the expert is relevant Draft personalized, professional outreach messages for the petitioner to send directly. Review the petitioner’s CV, proposed endeavor, personal statement, publications, and attorney-provided recommendation-letter template. Provide editorial assistance on an independent recommendation-letter draft after an expert voluntarily agrees to review the petitioner’s materials. Incorporate revisions requested by the petitioner’s immigration attorneys. Important Compliance Requirements This project does not involve purchasing, arranging, or guaranteeing a recommendation, signature, institutional letterhead, or expert endorsement. The consultant must not: Impersonate an expert or contact anyone without authorization. Use an expert’s name, CV, signature, or letterhead without the expert’s direct knowledge and permission. Guarantee that any individual will agree to provide a recommendation. recruit undisclosed “paid signers.” Fabricate relationships, credentials, publications, achievements, research impact, or supporting evidence. Ask an expert to approve statements they have not independently reviewed. provide immigration legal advice unless independently authorized and qualified to do so. Any expert must communicate their willingness directly, independently review the relevant materials, and remain free to revise or decline any part of the proposed letter. Any compensation or potential conflict must be transparently disclosed to us and handled in accordance with counsel’s instructions. Desired Qualifications Experience with academic or professional expert research Strong knowledge of workforce development, education, labor policy, women’s employment, or entrepreneurship Excellent research, fact-checking, and professional-writing skills Familiarity with EB-2 NIW supporting documents is preferred Ability to work from an attorney-provided template without making unsupported legal claims Strong commitment to accuracy, transparency, and ethical professional outreach Deliverables A vetted shortlist of approximately 10–15 relevant potential experts Personalized outreach language for selected candidates A source file documenting official profiles and qualifications Editorial support for one draft recommendation letter after an expert independently agrees to participate Revisions based on attorney feedback Application Questions Please answer the following: What experience do you have researching academics or professional experts?
