Writer/ motions for the state of California (Orange County)

I am seeking someone who is well verse in writing motions to add a judgment debtor. I have been assigned a labor board judgment, and the judgment is against a person. However, they have since closed down shop and have re-opened another business under another name. I would like to add the new company as a second debtor. I would prefer someone who is well versed with California Civil Procedure Code. I am in Pro See so I enforce civil judgments in California. However, if you are not in California but have extensive experience and knowledge with California Civil Procedure Code in writing motions that would be great! Please see below this is what I need to be the case title NOTICE OF MOTION AND MOTION TO AMEND JUDGMENT TO ADD ____________ JUDGMENT DEBTOR ON ALTER EGO THEORY UNDER CODE OF CIVIL PROCEDURE SECTION 187; MEMORANDUM OF POINTS AND AUTHORITIES; DECLARATION OF _______________; EXHIBITS DATE: TIME: DEPT: To save some time I have written the motion out on word but it needs to be formatted, align, and the right spaces. If you are well experience and have substantial experience in writing motions this should not take no more than maybe 3 hours if that. Also, this has to be on a California pleading paper 1-28
