Research participant with experience in Banking sector

Research Participants Wanted – Banking Professionals I'm currently looking for experienced professionals from the banking sector to take part in a research study exploring leadership during organisational crises and periods of uncertainty. As part of my Professional Doctorate (University of London), I'm conducting 45-minute confidential interviews to better understand leaders' experiences and the factors that help organisations remain resilient during challenging times. I'm looking for people who: - Have experience working in the banking sector - Have held a leadership or senior management role (or worked closely with senior leaders) - Are available for a one-off 45-minute online interview Participation is: ✅ Completely confidential and anonymous ✅ Voluntary ✅ Conducted in line with the ethical standards of a British Psychological Society (BPS)-accredited doctoral programme Thank you for considering supporting this research.
