About This Role We're looking for a detail-oriented, reliable communicator to support our booking operations with a clear, focused task: sending out standardized practitioner and client communications using our established templates and processes. This is a task-based, part-time role — a few hours a week to start. It's ideal for someone who wants flexible, recurring work they can fit around other commitments, and who takes real pride in clear, accurate, on-brand communication. What You'll Do -Send practitioner confirmation emails + texts using our existing templates - Send client confirmation and intro emails for standard bookings - Follow established processes for each communication — no improvising, just careful, accurate execution - Flag anything unclear or missing rather than guessing - Keep simple records of what's been sent and confirmed - Enter reservations data in our CRM (Airtable) Schedule & Compensation -Hours: 5–10 hours per week, task-based -Compensation: $12–$15 USD/hour, depending on experience -Location: Remote - preferring to candidates across the Americas -Contract Type: Independent contractor, ongoing task-based work Who You Are -You are exceptionally organized - you don't let things fall through the cracks and you close every loop -You are a strong writer in English - your emails are warm, professional, and on-brand without needing heavy editing -You are tech-fluent - you pick up new platforms quickly, troubleshoot independently, and never let a system be the reason something didn't get done -You are solution-oriented - when something unexpected comes up, you figure out a path forward before escalating -You have a sharp eye for detail - the kind that catches things others miss. -You genuinely care about giving clients and practitioners the best possible experience, and that shows in how you communicate -You value wellness and can appreciate the nature of what this business does Tools You'll Work With Familiarity with the following is a strong plus, though we will train the right person: -Airtable - our core operations and booking tracker -Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive) - daily use -Slack - primary team communication tool -Notion - team documentation and task management -Peek - our booking platform (full training provided) -Claude - for an optimized workflow
