US-based Enterprise Architect — 10 hrs/week Designs and governs the overall backend architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with the client's existing GCP-based infrastructure. Owns decisions around Cloud SQL PostgreSQL (with pgvector), Vertex AI API, Cloud Storage, and Cloud Pub/Sub. Ensures all dev-sec-ops pipelines are compliant with industry security standards. Must have hands-on, production-grade experience architecting AI-enabled systems — candidates with only whiteboard-level architecture experience will not be considered. US-based Developer — 20 hrs/week Senior backend engineer responsible for accelerating feature velocity and clearing technical debt within the client's existing engineering environment. Must have real, production-grade hands-on experience with Python, FastAPI, LangGraph and Google's Agent Development Kit (ADK) for building and orchestrating multi-agent AI workflows, GCP Cloud Run for containerized deployments, and PostgreSQL with pgvector for vector-based semantic search and retrieval. Expected to work natively within the client's GitHub repositories and JIRA workflows from day one with minimal ramp-up. No juniors or mid-level resources — this role requires someone who has shipped production AI systems end to end. Target start date: June 29th or July 6th.
