Scope of Work: Existing residential renovation/addition project in Massachusetts. Existing conditions and proposed design are approximately 75–90% modeled in Revit. Seeking an experienced residential architect and/or Revit professional to: - Review existing model for completeness and constructability - Prepare foundation plan - Review and refine elevations and sections - Add construction details including finishes as required - Coordinate with structural engineering requirements - Produce permit-ready drawing set Experience with U.S. residential construction and permit sets preferred. Revit proficiency required. Project Overview: The project involves demolition of an existing garage and construction of a new 900 square foot garage with an accessory dwelling unit (ADU). I am looking for someone who can bring both technical expertise and design sensibility to ensure the project is complete, code compliant, and permit ready. Current Status of Drawings: Existing Revit 2025 drawings are substantially complete including floor plans, elevations, and sections. I am looking for a qualified professional to review the existing work, identify any gaps or improvements, and bring the drawings to permit-ready standard.
