Residential Architect (Townhomes & Single-Family Homes)

We are a real estate development company looking for a talented architect to help with the design and production of residential projects in South Carolina. Our initial projects include townhomes and single-family homes. While the workload will be relatively limited at first, we're looking to build a long-term relationship with someone who can grow with us as our development pipeline expands. For the right candidate, this has the potential to become an ongoing or full-time role. Responsibilities - Prepare architectural drawings and plan sets for residential developments. - Revise drawings based on feedback. - Coordinate designs and produce organized, accurate construction documents. - Meet deadlines and communicate progress throughout the project. Requirements - Strong experience with residential architecture. - Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit (experience with both is a plus). - Experience with townhome or single-family residential projects. - Excellent English communication. - Attention to detail and ability to work independently. - Ability to begin work quickly.
