Residential Architectural Designer / 3D Modeler (Long-Term Opportunity)

We are seeking a U.S.-based residential architectural designer or 3D modeler to assist with converting residential plans and client design selections into realistic interior and exterior home models. This is not a simple rendering position. The selected candidate must be able to interpret detailed client preferences and incorporate them into the final design. Typical Project Includes: * Residential floor plans and elevations * Client intake forms * Material selections * Interior design preferences * Exterior design preferences * Site photos * 50–100+ reference images provided by the client Responsibilities: * Review plans and client intake information * Match client design preferences to the home model * Create realistic interior and exterior residential designs * Incorporate finishes, materials, fixtures, colors, cabinetry, flooring, roofing, siding, and landscaping concepts * Produce revision-ready models * Meet aggressive turnaround schedules Requirements: * Residential design experience * Strong understanding of architectural plans * Experience with custom homes and remodels * Ability to interpret large collections of reference photos * Strong communication skills * Fast turnaround and responsiveness * U.S.-based preferred To Apply Please Answer: 1.
