Residential Architectural Designer / Revit Specialist – Construction Documents

Existing custom home design is approximately 95% complete. I am looking for an experienced residential architectural designer or Revit specialist to transform it into a professional construction drawing package—not redesign the home. This project will be awarded as a fixed-price contract. Please include your proposed fixed-price bid with your proposal. SCOPE OF WORK - Recreate my completed custom home design into a professional BIM/Revit model using my existing design package as the basis for the project. - Produce a coordinated residential construction document set suitable for engineering review, permitting, material takeoffs, and construction. - Develop one or more practical concepts for stair access to the bonus room above the garage, or implement my preferred design if it proves to be the best solution. - Throughout the project, review the existing design and recommend practical improvements that enhance functionality, simplify construction, improve buildability, or reduce unnecessary cost while preserving the overall design intent. PROJECT BACKGROUND This is NOT a conceptual design project. I am the owner-builder and general contractor. The floor plan, room layout, exterior design, and major architectural decisions have already been completed. I'm looking for an experienced residential professional to refine the design and produce a high-quality construction drawing package.
