Residential Architectural Drafter/Designer (Existing Conditions to Construction Docs/Renderings)

We're a design-build general contractor in Southern Maryland (custom homes, remodeling, commercial). We're looking for a freelance architectural drafter/designer for a residential remodel project, with the goal of building an ongoing relationship for future projects if this one goes well. Pilot Project: Scope covers a master bathroom full gut, a kitchen/pantry remodel, and main floor flooring/ceiling work in an open dining/living area. You'll be working from solid existing-conditions data, not a blank site: 3D lidar scans (dimensioned floor plans plus raw DXF files), our own handwritten site notes, and existing-conditions photos are all provided as attachments to this post. Deliverables: Existing conditions/demo plan. Proposed floor plan(s). Millwork elevations (kitchen cabinetry, master bath vanity/built-ins). Reflected ceiling/lighting layout. Photo-realistic 3D renderings (2 to 3 interior angles per room). Native source files plus PDFs of every sheet. Any software is fine, we care about output quality, not the tool. One thing to flag up front: these drawings become part of a single client-facing package alongside our proposal and scope of work, so final deliverables need to carry our logo rather than your own studio branding. We're glad to credit your work separately if you'd like that, this isn't about undervaluing what you do. If you're a licensed engineer, or you work with a Maryland-licensed structural engineer and can offer stamped/sealed drawings, mention it, that's a plus for future projects even though it's not required here. In your proposal, please include: A flat price for the deliverables above, plus pricing for extras (additional rendering angles, revision rounds). Estimated turnaround and how many revision rounds are included. Two to three relevant portfolio samples, ideally residential remodel work. Any questions on scope.
