3D Residential Architectural Visualization

We are a French real estate development company looking for a long-term architectural visualization partner. Our current project is a new residential development located in the south of France, comprising 126 apartments. We are looking for a highly skilled ArchViz studio or team capable of delivering photorealistic CGI for real estate marketing. Scope of Work For this first project, we require: 2 high-quality exterior renderings 4 photorealistic interior renderings 4 colored floor plans (2D or 3D) The final images will be used for marketing and sales purposes. What We Will Provide Architectural 3D model from our architect Architectural drawings (PDF) Floor plans Elevations Material references Mood boards and design guidelines Additional information as required Requirements Strong portfolio in residential architectural visualization Photorealistic rendering quality Experience with European residential projects is a plus Ability to communicate in English Respect for deadlines Ability to make revisions based on feedback Deliverables High-resolution images (minimum 4K) Editable source files (if possible) Floor plans in high resolution Final files suitable for print and digital marketing Long-Term Opportunity This is the first of several residential developments.
