Residential Cold Caller

We are seeking an experienced and professional cold caller to conduct outbound outreach to homeowners in targeted neighborhoods throughout the United States. The primary objective of this role is to identify homeowners who may be interested in selling their property, gather relevant information, and schedule follow-up conversations with our team. The ideal candidate is comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls, building rapport quickly, and handling objections professionally. Responsibilities • Make outbound calls to homeowners within designated neighborhoods. • Introduce our interest in purchasing residential properties. • Determine whether homeowners have any interest in selling now or in the future. Preferred Experience • Real estate acquisitions, wholesaling, investor lead generation, or homeowner outreach campaigns. • Experience calling U.S.-based homeowners.
