US Residential Construction Cost Estimator (familiar with Craftsman National Estimator)

Who we are looking for: I'm looking for someone to help me with a high throughput review of construction document packages (budget, contract, plans) for SFRs to assess for general reasonableness. Description: We are working with a lender to assess plans, contracts, and budgets for ground up single family homes using widely-accepted estimation software (e.g., RS Means, Craftsman National Cost Estimator) and general construction knowledge. The goal is to figure out at both a line-item level as well as overall whether a budget is reasonable (ie is the total +/-15% or more) and the documents are relatively complete (e.g., is the contract signed, do the dollar amounts match, etc...) Notes: - We do not provide the license for the software you will be using. - This is a HIGH VOLUME project. We can send you as much as you can handle. But you need to be RESPONSIVE for this to work out for both of us. - You will need to submit both an Excel file showing your work along with a word doc (see examples). - This is a HIGH LEVEL review. We are doing these in 2-3 hours. As part of your application, please pick a couple of costs in the Excel file and write up how you would go about estimating those costs as well as what the comment might be in the report.
