Residential Designer/Architect Needed

Seeking a skilled residential designer or architect to redesign the staircase and entry for a new build. The project involves redesigning our staircase and entry layout for improved flow and aesthetics. Current issue: Staircase projects too far into the hallway/entry, make the space feel tight and less open than intended. We are looking for creative design solutions that improve circulation while maintaining Tampa, Florida code compliance and structural feasibility. We are specifically interested in: Reworking the staircase layout, potentially adjusting the bathroom and utility room layout to improve stair orientation, creating more hallway space, maintaining practical framing and upstairs alignment. We are currently in the middle of the framing process and need this done as soon as possible
