Residential Designer for Elevated Cabin Plans

Seeking a skilled residential designer to create detailed plans for an elevated cabin. We are replacing an elevated cabin near West Columbia, Texas, on a narrow lot in a flood-prone recreational club. We need schematic floor-plan concepts only, not final permit or structural drawings. The cabin will be on pilings, with parking/storage below and two living levels above. We want 2,100–2,800 square feet of conditioned living space, large lake-facing windows, partial wraparound porch, open kitchen/family room, primary suite and mudroom/laundry on the second floor, and two bedrooms, shared bath, and lake-facing flex room on the third floor. Designer must be experienced with narrow-lot, elevated, coastal, lake, or floodplain homes. Deliverables: two concept layouts, one refined layout, exterior massing concept, rough dimensions, furniture layout, porch/stair concepts, and editable CAD/Revit/SketchUp/PDF files. Attached are some pictures of one of the other cabins in the neighborhood. We can send picutres of a few other cabins, as well as pictures of our current cabin which is to be torn down. Our property size is 62' wide and 120' long.
