Residential Drafting Work + Shadow Diagrams (Victoria, Australia)

We previously obtained planning approval for a residential renovation/extension which included a pergola. Following construction, a translucent cover was added to the pergola and Council has subsequently advised that a planning permit amendment is required for the pergola covering. As part of this process, it has also become apparent that the pergola as built is actually smaller than the pergola originally approved, and the amended drawings therefore also need to update the pergola extent to reflect the actual built condition. I will provide: - existing DWG files; - marked up PDFs showing required amendments; and - example shadow diagram outputs. Scope of work - Prepare amended drafting package - 4 drawings require amendment based on my markups. - prepare shadow diagrams The work generally involves: -reducing the extent/size of the approved pergola to reflect the actual built condition; -adding notation regarding the translucent pergola covering; clouding amendments; -simplifying some existing drawings so they focus only on the relevant amendment works; -replacing the original title block with a simple/clean generic title block suitable for council submission; and -exporting final PDFs. - Prepare overshadowing / shadow diagrams at hourly intervals between 9am and 3pm on 22 September. The shadow diagrams should: - show the originally approved pergola condition; - show the revised/current pergola condition; and - demonstrate that there is reduction is overshadowing.
