Summary

Seeking an experienced architect or interior designer to redesign the lower half of a new-build house's floor plan. The focus is on improving the layout of two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with flexibility in internal walls and windows. The goal is to create comfortable, well-proportioned bedrooms and functional bathrooms with efficient use of space and good storage solutions. The upper half of the floor plan remains unchanged. Ideally, provide 2-3 alternative layout concepts and examples of previous residential designs.
