I am looking for an experienced Architectural Designer to design my residential house and prepare complete architectural drawings along with a realistic 3D model. Project Requirements * Design a modern and functional house layout. * Create detailed 2D floor plans. * Prepare front elevation and all necessary architectural drawings. * Develop a high-quality 3D model in SketchUp. * Apply realistic materials and basic rendering for visualization. * Make revisions based on my feedback until the design is finalized. Deliverables * AutoCAD (.DWG) files * SketchUp (.SKP) model * Floor Plans * Front Elevation * Sections and Elevations (if required) * High-resolution JPG/PDF files ## Preferred Skills * AutoCAD * SketchUp The house should have a modern, practical, and attractive design with efficient space planning. Good communication and timely delivery are important.
