Residential Xactimate Sketch Needed 5,800 SF

We need an experienced Xactimate estimator/sketcher to create a complete Xactimate sketch for a two story 5,800 SF residential property. We will provide: Architectural/floor plan, Matterport 3D walkthrough link Scope of work: Build an accurate Xactimate sketch of the residence Include all rooms, walls, openings, ceiling heights, stairs, and relevant interior layout details Use the floor plan and Matterport walkthrough to verify room locations and dimensions where possible Deliver the completed Xactimate sketch file in a format that can be imported/reviewed in Xactimate Ideal candidate: Strong experience creating Xactimate sketches for residential properties Ability to work from floor plans and Matterport/3D walkthroughs High attention to detail Fast turnaround Familiarity with large custom homes is preferred Please include examples of prior Xactimate sketch work, your estimated turnaround time, and your fixed price for the project.
