Responsive HTML Email Templates for Fintech Notification System

We need a designer/developer to create a reusable customer-facing HTML email template system for Breeze Escrow, a fintech/escrow platform. This is not a newsletter project. We need clean, trustworthy, and responsive transactional email templates for customer notifications, including onboarding, security alerts, compliance requests, escrow updates, funding, payouts, disputes, and service notices. We already have brand guidelines, logo, colours, and typography direction. The selected freelancer should use these as the foundation and adapt them into a polished email design system. Pilot scope: * Create a reusable email design direction * Design and code 3–5 responsive HTML email templates * Build reusable sections/components for future templates * Ensure good rendering in Gmail and Outlook * Provide implementation-ready HTML files Example templates: * Welcome/onboarding * Consent receipt * Additional information required * Document rejected * New device login alert * Escrow invitation * Funding instructions * Funding confirmed/failed * Payout successful/failed * Dispute opened/resolved * Scheduled maintenance or transaction incident Design style: Clean, modern, secure, efficient, fintech-grade, and easy to scan. Critical notices should feel serious and clear without being alarming.
