We're seeking a Restaurant-Focused Growth & Content Lead to drive restaurant acquisition and shape our content strategy. The role involves becoming a key voice in our brand's growth and content direction, ensuring alignment with our mission to empower restaurants. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restaurant industry and a strong understanding of growth and content strategies. About Eatzy Eatzy helps independent restaurants grow direct ordering, customer loyalty, and online revenue. Our newest product, QuickPost (eatzyquickpost.com), helps restaurant owners create authentic social media content faster and better using AI-assisted publishing tools—without losing the human voice that customers trust. We're looking for a Restaurant-Focused Growth & Content Lead to help drive restaurant acquisition, shape our content strategy, and become a key voice in how we communicate value to restaurant owners. What You'll Do - Develop and execute social media and content marketing campaigns that drive restaurant acquisition. - Create engaging short-form video content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. - Produce weekly content showcasing QuickPost features, restaurant success stories, and industry insights. - Translate product features into clear, compelling benefits for restaurant owners. - Help define messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for QuickPost and related Eatzy services. - Create content templates, playbooks, and educational materials that help restaurants improve their social media marketing. - Provide strategic input on product features, workflows, AI prompts, and best practices. - Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve content and acquisition strategies. - Occasionally participate in customer coaching, webinars, or onboarding sessions. What We're Looking For - Experience creating and growing social media campaigns for restaurants, hospitality businesses, or restaurant technology companies. - Strong short-form video creation and editing skills. - Excellent copywriting and storytelling ability. - Deep understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and modern social media content formats. - Ability to think strategically about customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue—not just engagement metrics. - Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation tools. - Self-starter who can both develop strategy and execute content independently. Bonus Points - Experience with restaurant technology platforms, online ordering, loyalty, delivery, or hospitality marketing. - Experience working with independent restaurant owners. - Product marketing or SaaS marketing experience. - Comfortable appearing on camera.
