Restaurant Management SAAS (Q&A)

We're looking for an experienced QA/Product Tester to perform a comprehensive end-to-end audit of our restaurant SaaS platform before launch. You'll thoroughly test every feature, workflow, and edge case, identify bugs, UI/UX issues, broken flows, performance problems, and inconsistencies, then document them clearly with steps to reproduce, screenshots/videos, severity, and recommended fixes. You'll work closely with our development team to verify fixes and ensure the platform is production-ready. Requirements: Proven experience testing SaaS/web applications. Strong manual QA and UX testing skills. Experience with bug tracking tools (Linear, Jira, ClickUp, etc.). Ability to think through edge cases and real-world user scenarios. Excellent attention to detail. Experience testing CRM, e-commerce, booking, or restaurant software is a strong plus. The ideal candidate has helped take SaaS products from beta to production and knows how to find issues before customers do.
