Summary

We are looking for a Marketing Manager / Growth Marketer to help grow multiple food and beverage businesses, including restaurants, cafes, bars, lounges, and quick-service food concepts. This role is not just social media posting. We need someone who can help with the full marketing picture: paid ads, local marketing, promotions, customer acquisition, content direction, events, brand awareness, and strategies that drive real foot traffic and sales. Responsibilities may include: * Build and manage marketing plans for multiple food and beverage brands * Plan and run paid ads on platforms such as Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Google, and other relevant channels * Create promotional campaigns for new menu items, slow days, happy hours, events, grand openings, seasonal offers, and special launches * Improve local visibility through Google Business Profile, local SEO, review strategies, and community partnerships * Help develop offers, campaigns, and funnels that drive customers into the stores * Coordinate content needs for social media, ads, flyers, email, SMS, and in-store promotions * Work with designers, content creators, photographers, influencers, and internal team members as needed * Help create marketing calendars for each business * Track ad performance, customer acquisition, campaign results, and overall marketing ROI * Recommend weekly and monthly improvements based on data * Help grow brand awareness, foot traffic, average ticket, repeat customers, and event turnout * Research competitors, local trends, and successful restaurant marketing ideas * Create systems so marketing is consistent across all locations and brands Ideal candidate: * Has experience marketing restaurants, cafes, bars, lounges, hospitality brands, local businesses, or multi-location businesses * Understands paid ads, local marketing, promotions, and customer acquisition * Can think strategically but also execute quickly * Knows how to create offers and campaigns that bring people in * Has experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or other paid marketing platforms * Understands local SEO, Google Business Profile, reviews, and online reputation * Can coordinate creative assets such as videos, photos, flyers, graphics, and copy * Is organized and able to manage multiple brands at once * Can provide reporting and explain what is working, what is not, and what we should do next * Has a strong understanding of food, beverage, hospitality, nightlife, events, and local customer behavior Please include: * Examples of businesses you have helped market * Examples of ad campaigns you have managed * Your experience with restaurant, cafe, bar, lounge, or local business marketing * Your experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, local SEO, and promotions * Examples of results you have achieved, such as increased sales, leads, traffic, bookings, followers, reviews, or event attendance * Your recommended marketing plan for the first 30 days We are looking for someone who can help us build a real marketing engine across multiple food and beverage brands — someone who can create strategy, run ads, track results, improve campaigns, and help increase sales.
