Restaurant Operations & Growth Consultant We are building a new fast-casual restaurant concept and are seeking an experienced restaurant operations professional to help evaluate, refine, and build a scalable operating system for future growth. This is initially a consulting and advisory role. We are looking for someone who has real-world experience operating, scaling, opening, or managing restaurants and can provide practical guidance as we develop the concept. Ideal candidates have experience with one or more of the following: • Multi-unit restaurant operations • Fast casual or QSR concepts • Restaurant expansion and growth • Franchise systems • SOP development • Training systems • Food cost management • Labor management • Inventory control • Store opening processes • Restaurant profitability and unit economics Responsibilities may include: • Reviewing and evaluating the restaurant concept • Advising on operational structure and scalability • Helping identify potential operational challenges • Assisting with SOP and systems development • Providing guidance on staffing, training, and management • Reviewing store layouts, workflows, and processes • Advising on growth and expansion strategy To be considered, please answer the following questions: 1. We are looking for practical experience, honest feedback, and someone who can help us build a strong foundation for long-term growth.
