Restaurant Permit Set Plans

I am looking for a full restaurant permit set that includes architectural, life safety, reflected ceiling, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and civil plans. The project requires expertise in multiple areas, including architecture and engineering. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating comprehensive sets of plans for medium to large-scale projects. We are looking for a full set of plans to be completed for a restaurant remodel located within an existing retail shopping center this project is to be completed within 7 days or less.
