Resume Review & Candidate Screening Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented professional to assist with reviewing a small batch of candidate applications for an ongoing hiring project. Responsibilities: * Review approximately 20 resumes using the evaluation criteria provided. * Identify candidates who best match the requirements. * Reach out to selected candidates using the contact information available in their application materials. * Schedule and conduct brief screening conversations. * Record interview notes and provide a short evaluation for each candidate. * Submit a final summary with recommendations based on the provided criteria. Requirements: * Experience with resume review or candidate screening. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Ability to evaluate candidates objectively. * Professional and responsive throughout the project. * Good written and spoken English.
