Resume and cover letter

I am a content writer and journalist looking for work that can pay me a salary that me and my wife can live off. Unfortunately, every time I get good at something I get fired or laid off. Seeing as I have Tourette's and a learning disability I don't get fair consideration. I am a huge failure as many employers pass on me despite my experience and versatility in numerous industries. I need someone to help me find a stable job that pays, not pay per click as that's impossible. My preferred choice would be journalism but that industry is so cut throat and feels impossible to find stability that I'll take something else. I have a background in teaching and acting and customer service as well but I really don't know how to put all of that in a resume that would catch a recruiter's eye, it's hard to put all my stuff in a page or two. I'm nervous about doing this again as I've had five or six resume's done before and yet haven't found an stability. I'm even more confused because there are 10 different voices telling me each resume is wrong and doesn't meet this criteria but truthfully I don't know how to do that stuff myself. I hope this isn't an impossible job given my shortcomings but I'd like something stable and remote. Attached is the various resume's I've had without success.
