About the Project We are commissioning a visionary freelance Retail Architect or Interior Designer to conceptualize and design a new "Experience Centre" for our premium brand. This project represents a strategic shift from traditional retail environments to a highly immersive, high-end client experience. The space will serve as a premier destination for our luxury clientele. It must seamlessly blend the atmosphere of a private VIP consultation lounge with functional, structural product display zones and an exclusive, adaptable event space. Scope of Work The selected architect/designer will be responsible for the end-to-end conceptualization and spatial planning of the new retail unit. Key responsibilities include: Spatial Planning & Zoning: Develop a fluid, intuitive floor plan that guides clients from an inviting, high-impact entrance into private VIP consultation lounges and a dedicated event area. Custom Display Architecture: Design integrated, structural display zones capable of highlighting substantial luxury items. The displays must look seamlessly built-in and architecturally cohesive. Aesthetic & Material Selection: Propose high-end finishes, textures, and bespoke millwork that strictly align with a premium, quiet-luxury brand identity. Lighting Design: Create a sophisticated lighting plan that enhances the warm ambiance of a private lounge while perfectly and accurately illuminating premium products. Feasibility: Ensure the conceptual design can be practically translated into technical drawings for local fit-out contractors. Required Deliverables Concept Presentation: Mood boards, material palettes, and initial spatial layout options. 3D Visualizations: High-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings of the proposed lounge, VIP areas, and main product displays. Technical Drawings: Comprehensive 2D floor plans, elevations, and detailed joinery/millwork drawings ready for our execution team. FF&E Schedule: A detailed specification list of recommended fixtures, furniture, lighting, and materials. Ideal Candidate Profile Proven portfolio prominently featuring high-end luxury retail, premium hospitality spaces, or exclusive VIP club lounges. Strong understanding of spatial flow, privacy, and the customer journey for high-net-worth clientele. Proficiency in industry-standard architectural and rendering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhino). Ability to translate conceptual aesthetics into executable technical plans.
