LS Retail NAV 2016 Developer Needed for Onfleet Task Creation Integration

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft LS Retail NAV 2016 developer or integration specialist to build a one-way integration between our ERP and Onfleet for delivery order automation. The goal is to automatically create an Onfleet task when a delivery sales order is created or released in LS Retail NAV, and exclude pickup orders from the integration logic. The integration should also support updating and cancelling the corresponding Onfleet task when the sales order changes or is cancelled in NAV. We are also planning a structured delivery address enhancement in NAV, because the current delivery address is not maintained properly in a dedicated field and Onfleet requires a destination address for task creation. The freelancer should be able to work with NAV customizations and ensure the required delivery address fields are captured and mapped correctly. Scope of Work: - The freelancer will be responsible for: - Integrating LS Retail NAV 2016 with Onfleet. - Automatically creating an Onfleet task for delivery sales orders. - Excluding pickup orders from the integration. - Updating the corresponding Onfleet task if the sales order is modified in NAV. - Cancelling or deleting the corresponding Onfleet task if the sales order is cancelled in NAV. Adding or customizing NAV fields for: - Structured delivery address - Delivery Address 2 - City - Country - Delivery notes/instructions - Onfleet Task ID - Integration status - Last synchronization timestamp Capturing and mapping customer and order details such as: - Customer name - Mobile number from the Mobile Phone No. field - Sales order reference - Item summary - Delivery notes/instructions - Scheduled delivery date/time window if available - Creating an integration log for request/response tracking and error handling. - Preventing duplicate task creation. - Supporting retry logic for failed API transactions. Technical Requirements We are specifically looking for someone with: - Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV / LS Retail NAV 2016 development. - Experience with REST API integrations. - Experience integrating with Onfleet API or similar logistics/delivery systems. - Ability to customize NAV tables, pages, and fields. - Good knowledge of error handling, logging, and retry mechanisms.
