Retail & POS / ePOS Product Specialist (No-Code) — Ongoing Hourly

Automo is an AI-native business operating system that replaces an entire software stack — CRM, ERP, accounting, POS, marketing and 40+ products — for over 12,000 businesses worldwide. We're hiring a hands-on retail and hospitality expert to own and improve our Point of Sale (POS) and Electronic Point of Sale (ePOS) products, plus the connected inventory and retail-operations workflows. Important: this is NOT a coding role. Automo is built with a no-code, plain-English development process, so we need deep domain expertise, not engineering skills. You'll think like the store manager, retailer or hospitality operator who lives behind the till every day — stress-test our POS/ePOS modules, spot gaps versus systems like Square, Shopify POS, Lightspeed and Clover, enhance existing workflows, and propose new integrations to our core platform. What you'll do: - Audit and improve our POS, ePOS, inventory and retail operations products - Identify missing features and friction points versus the EPOS systems you know well - Propose and help design new integrations and workflows using our no-code English-language builder - Act as the voice of the retail/hospitality operator for these product areas You'll be a great fit if you: - Have hands-on experience running tills/POS in retail or hospitality - Know EPOS systems (Square, Shopify POS, Lightspeed, Clover, etc.) in practice - Understand inventory, stock control, refunds, discounts and end-of-day reconciliation - Can clearly articulate how a POS should behave for staff and managers - Are comfortable working in a no-code environment and improving products without writing code To start: hourly contract, flexible hours, with scope to grow as you prove impact.
