Retell AI Voice Agent Developer — Build & Demo Automation Use Cases for Business Phone Platform

We're adding AI voice agent capabilities to our platform and want to build 5 polished, ready-to-demo use cases powered by Retell AI to offer our customers. What We Need We're looking for an experienced Retell AI developer who can design, build, and deliver 5 pre-built AI voice agent use cases on the Retell AI platform. Each use case should be a working, demo-ready agent connected to real automation workflows, not just a prototype. The 5 use cases to build are: 24/7 AI Receptionist — Answers inbound calls, handles FAQs, takes messages, transfers urgent calls AI Appointment Booking Agent — Books/reschedules appointments via Google Calendar or Cal.com integration AI Lead Qualification Agent — Qualifies inbound/outbound leads and pushes data to HubSpot CRM AI Customer Support Agent — Answers support questions from a synced knowledge base, escalates when needed AI Outbound Follow-up Agent — Runs batch call campaigns for quote follow-up, payment reminders, or NPS surveys Your Responsibilities Configure and build each Retell AI agent (conversation flows, prompts, LLM tuning, voice selection) Connect agents to automation workflows using n8n Integrate with third-party tools: HubSpot, Zendesk, Google Calendar, Cal.com, and SMS/email notification services Set up SIP trunking connection to NUACOM's phone system (we'll provide credentials and technical support) Deliver each use case with a short written guide explaining how it works and how to customise it for different business types Conduct a short walkthrough call for each delivered use case Must-Have Skills & Experience ✅ Proven hands-on experience with Retell AI (portfolio or live demos required) ✅ Strong experience with automation platforms: n8n ✅ Experience integrating AI agents with CRMs (HubSpot,GHL, etc) and calendar tools ✅ Understanding of VoIP/telephony (SIP trunking, inbound/outbound call flows) ✅ Ability to write clear, natural-sounding conversation scripts for AI agents ✅ Good written English for documentation Nice to Have Experience with other voice AI platforms (Vapi, Bland AI, ElevenLabs) Knowledge of prompt engineering for LLM-based agents Previous work for telecoms, SaaS, or contact centre clients To Apply, Please Include Links to 1–3 Retell AI agents you have built (live demo or video walkthrough) Brief description of the most complex automation workflow you've connected to a voice agent Your proposed approach to building these 5 use cases and an estimated timeline Your availability and time zone What We Offer Clear requirements and fast feedback (we respond within 24 hours) Access to NUACOM test accounts and API credentials Potential for ongoing work — we plan to add more use cases and build a full AI agent product line
