Summary

We are urgently looking for highly motivated agents to join our Retention Team. If you have a proven track record of keeping customers engaged, reducing churn, and turning cancellations into opportunities, we want to hear from you. Applicants must be fluent in English, with excellent communication skills and a strong background in phone, email, and chat support. Experience in customer retention is a huge plus. 🔹 Key Qualifications: Proven experience in customer retention (preferred) Skilled in phone, email, and chat communication Excellent customer service and persuasion skills Strong problem-solving ability and a calm, positive demeanor Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot (a plus) Fintech experience is highly desirable Values Integrity, Dedication, and Collaboration 📅 Commitment: This is a long-term opportunity with a starting commitment of 40 hours/week, potentially growing to 50–60 hours/week based on performance and team needs. 📩 How to Apply: Please submit your resume and proposal.
