Retention-Focused Customer Support (US hours)

We are urgently looking for highly motivated agents to join our Retention Team. If you have a proven track record of keeping customers engaged, reducing churn, and turning cancellations into opportunities, we want to hear from you. Applicants must be fluent in English, with excellent communication skills and a strong background in phone, email, and chat support.
