Customer Retention Representative (Long-Term Position) We are looking for an experienced Customer Retention Representative to help retain and support our existing clients. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is confident on the phone, persistent, and motivated by performance-based earnings. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with business owners, handling objections, and earning strong bonuses by delivering results. Duties and Responsibilities • Assess client needs and take appropriate action to retain customers • Communicate confidently with existing clients to reinforce the value of our services and results • Use computer applications and internal tools to achieve daily retention goals • Accurately document all client interactions and outcomes • Perform additional related duties as assigned Qualifications • Previous customer retention experience is a strong plus • Digital marketing experience is a plus • Positive, results-driven attitude with a strong work ethic • B2B phone sales experience required • SEO knowledge preferred • Punctual, professional, and reliable • Proven ability to close and retain accounts • Comfortable working in a performance and incentive-based environment • Ability to follow scripts and rebuttals exactly • Fluent English with little to no accent Compensation and Benefits • Base pay plus excellent bonus opportunities • Proven scripts, rebuttals, and tools provided • Training, coaching, and ongoing support • Clear expectations and opportunity for growth based on performance To Apply Please start your application with the word “RETENTION” so we know you read the full job description.
