Retention analytics for ecommerce brands

I’m the owner of a Retention lifecycle agency in Manchester, UK. We work with many ecommerce brands across the UK and USA. We are an email, sms and retention lifecycle agency. We are not your typical agency who just sends campaigns and flows. We delve fully into the depths of clients’ data, understanding their LTV, Retention churn, churn rate etc. I’m looking for someone to build me a weekly and monthly report for some of our clients so we can keep them up to date with our findings. I’d like there to be some analysis done via AI (Claude) on the data and then give some insights and recommendations based upon the findings. The data will be pulled from multiple places like Klaviyo, Shopify, and triple whale. Experience with AI is a must. Experience with Shopify / ecom would also be preferable so we are speaking the same language
