Retouch Admin & Imaging Assistant for Australia’s Leading Photography Brand

About the Role We’re seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Retouch Admin & Imaging Assistant to help manage digital image orders and ensure every client receives perfectly prepared final images. You’ll be the critical link between our photography studios and our clients — cross-checking orders, reviewing image quality, and delivering completed image sets. This is a role where precision, consistency, and communication are everything.

• Review and process incoming client image orders
• Cross-check each order against image files received from our studios
• Confirm correct selections, aspect ratios, and file sizes
• Identify and flag retouching issues or image inconsistencies
• Prepare and send final digital image sets to clients
• Liaise with studio teams for any missing or unclear order details
• Maintain clear order-tracking records and file organisation
• Support the team with basic image retouching or admin tasks where required
• Skills & Experience
• Previous experience in image editing and retouching
• Exceptional attention to detail and visual quality
• Comfortable managing digital file workflows and file transfer platforms
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Confident with Photoshop or similar software
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
