Statement of Work — Photo Retouching Services Prepared for freelance retoucher engagement via Upwork 1. Project Overview Looking to engage a freelance photo retoucher for a paid test project, with the goal of evaluating fit for ongoing retouching work. This SOW covers a batch of 10 test images, along with detailed retouching notes for two specific models within that batch. 2. Scope of Work 2.1 Test Batch Retouch 10 images total (photos to be provided). Setting: beach photos with beach/outdoor background. Suit color to test: Red one-piece. For color/style reference, see the Passion style: https://pqswim.com/products/pan-lace-halter-top 2.2 General Retouching Instructions For group shots (multiple girls in one image): do not retouch the full image — apply a color/light filter only, no spot-retouching of individuals. Remove visible underboob only where it is not flattering/"cute" in the shot — use judgment, this is not a blanket removal across all images. Smooth out any visible wrinkles in the swimsuit fabric. Erase/remove the text and logo visible on the ice cream truck in the background. Brighten the sky and ocean in beach shots for a brighter, more vibrant feel. 2.3 Model-Specific Retouching Notes The following two models require individual, targeted retouching within the batch: Model Retouching Notes Blonde - Soften stomach wrinkles slightly Soften/reduce a handful of knee scars Remove belly button piercing dot Remove sun spot on belly Brunette - Remove 1 mark on each shin (2 marks total) Remove 2 tattoos on chest Remove tattoo on back of left wrist 3. Deliverables 10 fully retouched images delivered as high-resolution JPEG and/or layered PSD (to be confirmed with freelancer). Retouching applied per the general instructions (Section 2.2) across all 10 images. Model-specific retouching (Section 2.3) applied accurately to the Blonde and Brunette images within the batch. One round of revisions included if any notes are missed or need adjustment. 4.
