RevOps / GTM Lead - Own end-to-end sales campaign management and revenue operations to help the organization build a predictable, qualified pipeline. This role is crucial for driving growth and ensuring alignment across teams. Own end-to-end sales campaign management and revenue operations to help the organization build a predictable, qualified pipeline. This role oversees inbound and outbound sales funnels, including campaign strategy and execution, CRM and automation, lead scoring, reporting, and funnel optimization. For inbound, the RevOps Lead partners with the Content Marketing Lead to run campaigns across LinkedIn, lead magnets, and on-demand webinars, managing landing pages, forms, nurture flows, and sales follow-up to ensure leads are captured, segmented, routed, and tracked effectively. For outbound, they manage warm and cold outreach priorities, brief content, build and run segmented campaigns across the prospecting, sequencing and CRM stack, and continuously improve performance through testing and analysis. They also maintain the CRM + KPI dashboards, ensure clean funnel operations, and work with the the organization team to track funnel performance and optimize campaigns against conversion and revenue goals.
