Summary

What you'll own: Content pipeline Maintain the content calendar and keep it moving Write first-draft blog posts, newsletter sections, and LinkedIn posts from transcripts, voice memos, or bullet points Repurpose existing content across formats: post to newsletter, webinar to blog, talking points to deck Build and update sales and marketing decks Create simple graphics for social and presentations in Figma Research and intelligence Weekly digest of trade regulation updates, tariff changes, and CBP news Monitor competitor messaging and content. Flag anything worth responding to. Spot trending posts in the trade space that we can engage with or repurpose Prospect research before calls: company profile, import activity, recent news CRM and pipeline Maintain HubSpot: list hygiene, contact tagging, deal stage updates, follow-up task logging Pull weekly pipeline and campaign reports Build and enrich outreach lists in Clay Set up Clay waterfalls and flag low-confidence or bounced data Relationship and executive support Monitor LinkedIn comment queues. Flag replies from CEOs and decision-makers. Draft suggested responses. Track associations and industry groups. Flag renewal dates, events, and engagement opportunities. Keep tabs on who has gone cold: contacts we haven't touched in 30, 60, 90 days Keep the executive follow-up queue moving so nothing falls through RevOps Build and maintain automations in HubSpot Work directly with our RevOps lead on CRM projects Document processes as you build them You need to know: HubSpot (required) Clay (required) Claude or another AI tool, and know how to use it well (required) Figma Notion or a comparable project management tool Google Workspace You need to be: Based anywhere, but available during US Eastern business hours for at least 3-4 hours per day A strong writer in English. Not "proficient." Strong. Your first drafts should need light editing, not rewrites. Self-directed. You will not be micromanaged, and we do not want to micromanage you. Detail-oriented in a way that shows up in your work without being told
