We're a B2B data & analytics agency — we centralize data, automate reporting, and build BI dashboards for clients across healthcare, manufacturing, e-commerce, logistics, and operations. We started on Upwork (Top Rated, international clients across the US, UK, and Denmark), so we've proven we can win and deliver. Now we're building outbound as a deliberate channel to grow beyond a single platform — and we want someone to architect it. The engagement This is a scoped build-and-handoff project, not an ongoing seat. You design our outbound motion from a blank page, stand up the system, prove it works, and hand us a documented playbook our lean team can run day to day. Once it's running, there's an optional retainer to come back and tune what the data tells us. We want the senior brain on the design — not a full-timer to babysit the sending. What you'll deliver A sharpened ICP and segmentation, built from our existing Upwork client base — who converts, who's worth targeting, who isn't. The outbound motion itself: messaging, sequencing, channel mix, and the offer that books calls — validated, not theoretical. A stack stood up from zero — CRM (HubSpot or Pipedrive), Apollo, Sales Navigator, Clay, Instantly/Smartlead — plus the enrichment pipeline behind it. Trigger-event research wired in (funding, expansion, ERP/cloud migrations, hiring) so outreach lands with a reason. A documented playbook + SOPs so a lean in-house operator (or VA) can run the motion without you. The metrics that actually matter, and a clear read on what's working before handoff. You're a fit if you Have built an outbound motion from scratch before, not just run someone else's — ideally 5+ years RevOps/outbound at a B2B services, consulting, or SaaS company. Can point to pipeline you personally generated and explain why the message worked. Are fluent in the modern stack and opinionated about wiring it together. Build systems others can run — you document and hand off, you don't create dependency on yourself. Nice to have Selling technical/data services (buyer is a Head of Data / COO / CIO, not a marketing lead) Clay power-user, deliverability know-how Engagement details Scoped project (roughly 2 weeks) with a clear handoff deliverable, plus an optional ongoing tune-up retainer.
