Revamp website ASAP

Summary

My company has a website currently (wix), but it needs to be revamped and largely changed; we also need our current logo edited (which should not complicated nor time consuming). I have an html I can send that shows exactly what the site should look like when revised. We just need the old site replaced with the new. The timeline is: as soon as possible (but within 48 hrs would be ideal). So, a bit of a time crunch - I hope $300 is fair.
