Revenue Credit AI — GoHighLevel Transfer, Integration & A2P Setup

Project Overview I am looking for an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) developer/integration specialist to take over and complete work on an existing web platform called Revenue Credit AI. The platform has already been professionally developed and is currently functional. My existing developer is stepping away because he is having a baby and has prepared a detailed developer handoff package explaining the architecture, deployment, codebase, credentials needed, and remaining GoHighLevel work. This is NOT a website rebuild. I need someone who can review the existing system, follow the developer handoff, connect everything properly with GoHighLevel, and make sure the system is working correctly from beginning to end. The complete developer handoff documentation will be provided as an attachment. Current Platform Revenue Credit AI is built with: Next.js / TypeScript Supabase for authentication, database, and file storage Stripe for payments OpenAI for AI-assisted dispute letter generation Resend for transactional emails Vercel for hosting GitHub for source code Twilio currently handles limited SMS notifications GoHighLevel is already being used for our booking calendar The website, client dashboard, admin dashboard, payments, document uploads, dispute tracking, AI letter generation, email notifications, and other major functionality are already built. Main Scope of Work I need the new developer to: Review the complete developer handoff documentation and existing Revenue Credit AI codebase. Take over the existing project and make sure you understand the current GitHub, Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, Resend, and GoHighLevel setup. Connect/integrate the platform with our GoHighLevel account. Move automated SMS from Twilio to our GoHighLevel A2P number. The previous developer intentionally structured the application so this should be a contained integration rather than a rebuild. The handoff identifies the primary file and functions involved. Complete our GoHighLevel A2P setup/registration. I need someone who understands A2P 10DLC and can assist with getting our business, brand, campaign, phone number, and messaging use case properly configured and submitted through GoHighLevel. Make sure our SMS configuration is compliant and properly set up for our intended customer notifications, including any required opt-in/consent language, STOP/HELP handling, or other requirements needed for A2P approval. Once A2P is approved/available, connect the approved GHL number to Revenue Credit AI so automated texts originate through GoHighLevel instead of Twilio. Test the complete SMS process using a test client/account and verify that messages are successfully being sent and appearing correctly inside GoHighLevel Conversations. Add the required GoHighLevel environment variables/credentials to the production environment and redeploy the application. Perform a final end-to-end test to make sure the existing platform continues functioning correctly after the integration. GoHighLevel Transfer I would also like the developer to review what portions of our current setup should reasonably be managed through GoHighLevel. I do not want the existing custom Revenue Credit AI platform unnecessarily rebuilt inside GHL. The goal is to properly connect the existing platform to GoHighLevel and use GHL for the functions it is best suited for, including SMS, A2P, conversations, calendars, automations, and CRM functionality where appropriate. If something should remain in the existing Next.js/Supabase platform, please leave it there. A2P Experience Is Important Please do not apply if you have never worked with GoHighLevel A2P 10DLC registration and SMS integrations. I need someone who understands both the technical API integration and the GHL/A2P account setup side. If A2P approval itself depends on carrier/third-party review and cannot be guaranteed within the project timeline, I still expect the developer to correctly prepare and submit everything required, resolve any correctable issues, and leave the account ready for approval. Access Provided The selected developer will receive the access necessary to complete the project, including: Existing GitHub repository Vercel project Supabase project Stripe account/configuration as needed GoHighLevel account/location Existing developer handoff documentation Testing documentation Environment-variable requirements Passwords and sensitive API credentials will not be posted publicly in the Upwork job description. Access will be provided securely after hiring. Important Technical Information The previous developer has already documented the GHL integration. The current SMS functionality is centralized in: src/lib/notifications.ts The existing sendSMS() function currently uses Twilio and needs to be updated to use the appropriate current GoHighLevel/LeadConnector API. The project already has placeholders for: GHL_API_KEY GHL_LOCATION_ID The developer must verify the current GoHighLevel API documentation and authentication method before implementing the integration rather than relying on outdated endpoints. The existing email system through Resend should remain in place unless there is a specific reason it needs to be changed. Two-Way Messaging GoHighLevel already provides Conversations and message delivery information. For now, I do not need a completely separate two-way SMS inbox rebuilt inside Revenue Credit AI unless we determine there is a strong reason to do so. The priority is getting Revenue Credit AI properly connected to GHL so we can manage conversations and SMS through GoHighLevel. Deliverables The job will be considered complete when: Existing project and developer handoff have been reviewed GoHighLevel connection is properly configured A2P registration/setup has been completed and submitted correctly GHL SMS replaces the existing Twilio SMS functionality Revenue Credit AI can trigger SMS through our GHL setup Test SMS is successfully triggered from the application when messaging is available Messages can be verified inside GHL Conversations Production environment variables are correctly configured Application is redeployed Existing major functionality is confirmed to still work No unnecessary rebuild of the existing platform has occurred Any changes are committed/pushed to our GitHub repository I receive a short final handoff explaining exactly what was changed Budget Fixed Budget: $200 The core platform is already built, and the previous developer has provided detailed technical documentation specifically designed to make the remaining GHL integration straightforward.
