Revenue Management Specialist Needed Seeking an experienced PriceLabs expert to optimize my Airbnb portfolio. I have 4 properties, but each property has multiple listings as part of a revenue-maximization strategy, so experience managing multi-listing setups is required. Looking for someone who can: Set up and optimize PriceLabs Improve pricing strategy and occupancy Maximize overall revenue Manage seasonality, events, and minimum stay settings Requirements: Proven PriceLabs experience Ability to show evidence of results (screenshots, case studies, revenue growth, occupancy increases, etc.) Experience with Airbnb and short-term rentals When applying, please share your experience, results you've achieved, and your rate for this project.
