Revenue Operations Manager (Part-Time)About Us Freedom Sales Group is a fast-growing sales agency that helps coaches, consultants, and online education companies increase revenue through sales team management, reporting, and operational support. We manage multiple clients, sales teams, webinars, challenges, and high-ticket offers. We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Revenue Operations Manager who loves numbers, reporting, organization, and solving problems. This is not an assistant role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of reporting, payroll tracking, commissions, KPIs, and operational accuracy across the business. #Responsibilities ### Revenue & Sales Reporting * Track sales across multiple clients and offers * Monitor deposits, payment plans, collections, and revenue * Ensure all sales are properly recorded * Identify missing payments or reporting discrepancies * Create and maintain accurate reporting dashboards * Present data in a clean, professional format ### Payroll & Commission Tracking * Calculate commissions accurately * Track bonuses and payouts * Verify payroll before submission * Ensure payment plans are properly accounted for * Catch discrepancies before they become problems ### KPI Management Track and report: * Appointment volume * Show rates * Close rates * Revenue generated * Revenue by sales rep * Revenue by offer * Webinar and challenge performance ### Operational Improvement We are looking for someone who proactively identifies inefficiencies and recommends better systems. Examples: * Improving spreadsheets * Automating manual processes * Creating dashboards * Improving reporting accuracy * Building systems that reduce errors ### Weekend Launch Support Our clients occasionally run webinars, challenges, and live events. During these periods, we need support with: * Sales tracking * Revenue reporting * Payment verification * Real-time dashboard updates Weekend availability during launches is required. ## Requirements * Advanced Google Sheets experience * Strong Excel skills * Experience building reports and dashboards * Strong attention to detail * Excellent organizational skills * Ability to work independently * Comfortable with numbers and data analysis * Strong written English ### Bonus Experience * Close CRM * Go High Level * Stripe * Airtable * Zapier * Make * Looker Studio * Sales organizations * Commission tracking ## What Success Looks Like Within 90 days: * Payroll is accurate and reliable * Sales reporting is organized and professional * Payment plans are tracked correctly * KPIs are updated consistently * Leadership has clear visibility into business performance * Problems are identified and solved proactively ## Hours * 15-20 hours per week * Flexible schedule * Must be responsive during launches and challenge weekends ## Compensation * $1,000-$1,500/month depending on experience * Opportunity for long-term growth as the company scales ## To Apply Please submit: 1.
